Last updated: October 2026.

1. Independent preparation service

MustMock is an independent educational assessment and exam-preparation platform. It is not CFA Institute, is not an official examination provider, and does not claim that MustMock questions are official, leaked, predicted or guaranteed examination questions. References to an examination, curriculum or third-party trademark are descriptive only.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must provide accurate registration information and use the service only where legally permitted. Accounts are personal to the registered user. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Account security and sessions

MustMock may use a single-active-student-session rule, session revocation, password recovery, Google sign-in or other security controls. A successful sign-in on another device may end an older student session. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Account sharing and resale

Sharing, renting, transferring or reselling an account, assessment access or membership is prohibited unless MustMock expressly permits it. Attempts to bypass device, session, attempt or membership controls may result in restriction or suspension.

5. Free access

The free plan includes only the assessments, attempts and features displayed as free in the product. Free access may be limited to designated assessment versions and one included attempt per designated assessment. Free access does not automatically include the paid Practice engine or every published assessment.

6. Memberships and exam windows

Paid membership benefits, validity dates, exam windows and included features are shown before purchase. Memberships may be tied to a selected examination window. Access normally ends on the displayed expiry date unless extended by MustMock or required by law.

7. Assessment attempts

Attempt limits are applied per assessment according to the product rules shown to the user. Additional attempts may be granted by an administrator or offered separately. Previous scored attempts may remain visible in history even when no additional attempt is available.

8. Practice and reserved questions

Some questions may be reserved for an unfinished assessment and therefore unavailable in Practice until the relevant assessment has been completed. This protects assessment integrity. The size of the available Practice pool may therefore differ from the total published question bank.

9. Scores, analytics and readiness indicators

Scores, topic analytics, comparisons, timing signals, readiness bands and study suggestions are educational indicators generated from the user's activity. Readiness is a rule-based estimate, not an official CFA Institute score, passing threshold, pass probability or guarantee of examination performance.

10. Prices and taxes

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to that order before any valid discount. Where taxes, fees or statutory charges must be collected, they may be displayed separately or included as required by the payment flow and applicable law.

11. Coupons and promotions

Coupons, referral offers and promotions may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, first-purchase requirements, redemption caps, minimum order values or membership restrictions. A coupon or promotion has no cash value unless expressly stated and may be withdrawn for future purchases where permitted.

12. Payments and payment providers

Payments may be processed by an external provider such as Cashfree or Razorpay, or another provider selected by MustMock. MustMock does not intend to store raw card numbers, UPI PINs or online-banking credentials. Access is activated only after payment is verified by MustMock or manually confirmed by an authorized administrator.

13. Failed, pending or duplicate payments

A pending or failed order does not by itself activate membership. If a payment appears debited but access is not activated, contact support with the MustMock order number and provider reference. Avoid repeatedly paying the same order until the first transaction is reconciled.

14. Refunds and cancellations

Digital memberships are generally non-refundable after successful payment and activation, except where a refund is required by applicable law, where a confirmed duplicate charge occurred, or where a verified billing or service error legally requires correction. The separate Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

15. Educational content and corrections

Questions, answers and explanations are prepared for educational use and may occasionally contain errors, ambiguities or outdated material. Users should report suspected issues through the available reporting or support tools. MustMock may correct, replace, withdraw or republish content as part of quality control.

16. Intellectual property

MustMock software, original questions, explanations, graphics, databases, interface elements and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and contractual rights. A membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for individual study during the applicable access period.

17. Prohibited content extraction

Scraping, automated extraction, bulk copying, redistributing, selling, publicly posting, recording substantial portions of assessments, constructing a competing question database, circumventing technical restrictions or using MustMock content to train a commercial dataset without written permission is prohibited.

18. User notes, bookmarks and reports

Bookmarks, private notes, question reports and similar tools are provided for study and support purposes. Users must not use them to store unlawful, abusive, infringing or third-party confidential information.

19. Acceptable use

You must not attack, probe, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; impersonate another user; manipulate payment, referral or coupon systems; or use the service for unlawful activity.

20. Referrals and rewards

Referral rewards, where active, are subject to the referral terms shown in the product. Self-referrals, fraudulent accounts, failed or refunded purchases and other ineligible transactions may be excluded. Rewards are not payable until the applicable qualifying conditions are satisfied.

21. Service availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting or payment-provider outages, security events, internet failures, regulatory requirements or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

22. Suspension and termination

MustMock may restrict or suspend accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, account sharing, security threats, unlawful use, intellectual-property abuse or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any mandatory notice requirements.

23. No outcome guarantee

No mock score, readiness band, recommendation, historical comparison or other study indicator guarantees a pass, examination score, certification, employment result or financial outcome.

24. Limitation and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided for educational use and liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Changes to the service or Terms

MustMock may improve features, providers, pricing structures and future offerings. Material changes to these Terms should be posted with an updated effective date. Changes do not remove non-waivable statutory rights.

26. Support, notices and grievances

Use the Support page or the contact details published with these policies for account, payment, content, privacy or grievance requests. MustMock will maintain the contact information shown on the website and may update it when the operating entity or support arrangements change.
