Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refund requests, duplicate charges, payment errors and digital membership purchases are handled.

Last updated: October 2026.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid digital memberships, assessment access and related purchases made directly through MustMock. It should be read together with the Terms of Use and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.

1. General rule for digital access

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable after successful payment and activation because access to digital assessment and study services becomes available immediately or within the purchased validity period.

2. Change of mind or non-use

Not using the service, changing study plans, changing an exam date, failing to complete assessments, dissatisfaction after using the service, or deciding not to sit or pass an examination does not by itself create a refund entitlement unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Duplicate payments

If the same purchase is successfully charged more than once, contact support with the relevant order and provider references. A confirmed duplicate charge may be reversed or refunded after reconciliation.

4. Failed or pending payments

If money appears debited but MustMock shows a failed or pending order, do not repeatedly pay the same order. Contact support so the payment can be reconciled with the provider. A pending bank or provider authorization may also be automatically reversed by the provider without a MustMock refund.

5. Incorrect amount or billing error

A verified billing error, incorrect duplicate capture or other payment-processing error will be investigated. Where correction, reversal or refund is legally required, MustMock will process the appropriate remedy after verification.

6. Technical access issue

A temporary outage or isolated technical issue does not automatically create a refund right. Users should contact support so the problem can be diagnosed and access restored. Where the service cannot provide the purchased access and applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that requirement will be honored.

7. Membership validity and exam-window changes

A membership may be tied to a selected exam window. Changing an examination registration or preferred study window after purchase does not automatically transfer, extend or refund the membership. Any transfer or courtesy extension is at MustMock's discretion unless required by law.

8. Coupons, promotions and referrals

Discounts, coupons and referral benefits are not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated. Where a refund is legally required, the refundable amount may reflect the amount actually paid after valid discounts rather than the undiscounted list price.

9. Partially used access

Where a discretionary refund is considered, prior access, completed assessments, downloaded or consumed digital services and elapsed membership time may be taken into account to the extent permitted by law.

10. Refund request information

Support may request the MustMock order number, payment-provider reference, account identifier, reason for the request and any evidence reasonably needed to verify the transaction. Do not send card PINs, UPI PINs, passwords or other sensitive credentials.

11. Processing time

Where a refund is approved or legally required, MustMock will initiate it through the applicable payment route where possible. Bank, card-network, UPI or payment-provider processing times are outside MustMock's direct control and may vary.

12. Chargebacks

Users should contact support before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible so genuine billing issues can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restriction subject to applicable law.

13. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
