MustMock is not CFA Institute and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by CFA Institute unless an explicit written statement says otherwise. “CFA” and related marks belong to their respective owners. Descriptive exam names are used only to identify the curriculum or examination for which independent study material is designed.

2. No official, leaked or predicted questions

MustMock questions are independent preparation content. They are not represented as official examination questions, leaked questions, guaranteed future examination questions or reproductions of a secure examination.

3. Educational purpose

The service is designed for study, practice, self-assessment and educational review. It is not a substitute for official curriculum requirements, candidate policies or examination instructions published by the relevant examination body.

4. Educational accuracy

MustMock uses quality-control processes, but questions, calculations, answers, explanations, metadata or curriculum mappings may occasionally contain errors, ambiguity or outdated information. Users should report suspected issues for review.

5. Readiness Score and analytics

Readiness bands, consistency measures, topic-weighted performance, pacing signals, trends and study recommendations are rule-based estimates derived from activity recorded in MustMock. They are not official CFA Institute metrics, official passing thresholds or validated probabilities of passing.

6. No result guarantee

A high score, strong readiness band, improvement trend or completed mock count does not guarantee a pass, examination score, certification, employment result or any other outcome. A low score or readiness band likewise should not be treated as a prediction that a user will fail.

7. Timing signals

Timing analytics use information actually recorded by the product, such as time spent, unanswered questions and completion patterns. MustMock does not claim to know whether a user guessed an answer unless the user explicitly records that information.

8. Not financial, investment, tax or legal advice

Educational material concerning finance, investment analysis, accounting, economics or related subjects is not personalized investment, tax, legal or financial advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

9. Third-party services

Google sign-in, payment processing, email, messaging or other integrations may be provided by third parties and are subject to their own availability, terms and privacy practices. MustMock does not control every interruption or policy change made by those providers.

10. User responsibility

Users remain responsible for checking official curriculum, examination policies, registration deadlines, permitted calculator rules, identification requirements and candidate conduct rules published by the relevant examination body.

11. Reporting suspected errors

If a question, explanation, calculation or product rule appears incorrect, use the question-reporting or Support tools. MustMock may investigate, correct or retire content after review.

12. Applicable rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability or user rights that cannot legally be excluded.
